                                       新鮮的蝦餅不但色澤誘人  口感酥脆

                               最重要的是它的蝦香滿口 鹹淡適中

                               全完推翻你印象中油臭味的蝦餅

 

               

                                             店內也賣一種「凸餅」 很特殊

                            它裡頭是中空  餅裡有淡淡麥牙甜味

                                    口味有:白糖及黑糖口味

 

                              老闆表示蝦餅製作過程先把蝦頭去掉

                                    

                                       蝦殼和蝦肉下去絞漿

                                

                                         再加上祖傳秘方下去合粉

                 

                          拿去蒸籠蒸出來像粿一般即是蝦餅的雛形

                     

                                再冷卻變硬後  以手工切成一片一片

                              

                                        經日曬成乾後放進油鍋裡炸

                                 

                                        清脆又新鮮的蝦餅就完成了
